No need to get defensive. Nobody is questioning Mexico vs. Puerto Rico. Yall both made history with your rivalry. The question isn't about the past though. It is about the present and it is obvious who is knocking at your door. If yall don't want to accept that, Its all good. Y'all can't ignore it for too much longer.

I dont see the rivalry..Fine PacMan beat 3 top Mexican fighters but who else is there?..and it doesnt get ugly like when PR and Mex. fight. Example Vargas blowing his nose with the PR flag..it gets ugly when you pit a Mexican and a Puerto Rican theres alot of pride there..tempers fly..

That just disrespect, yall never see a Pinoy doing that. Right now its just Pacquiao, but the undercurrent of Pac's success is doing pretty well againts Mexico. Ain't no denying we are getting the shots in American and Mexican soil that we never got. Time will tell.

Pac vs Mexico is no rivalry. It's conquest AKA domination!

i agree that mex vs piony arent rivals liek mex/pr but now with more and more piony guys comign like boom boom, and violra isnt it, soon there will be a set amount of piony stars and u guys ( mex/PR/Piony) do have fighters that are around from flyweight-super feather most often, Pac beating morales and MAB could just be the start of something else, who knows it could be a 3 way brawl with pionys fighting PRs and such

Im not doubting the fact that in some year we will probably see way more Philipine boxers, but Mexico and Purto Rico will always have the rivalery set way higher then any one else out there in the world its (in a weird way) set in stone (imo).
coz PR and Mexico is closer to the US. Had the Philippines geographically close the the US, it would have been different.
