It's more of a case of me being baffled that people are denying the card is terrible as opposed to having a chip on my shoulder.

After Hopkins wins every round against a bum that most people have never heard of - "Oldest fighter to defend his title! GOAT!"

Just because you don't care for the fights doesn't mean other people shouldn't. I happen to be a fan of Hopkins, Quillin and Wilder. I love watching these guys fight. If they all happen to be one sided who cares? I'm going to watch every minute of the Seahawks vs Rams game even if its 55-0. Why? Cuz I'm a fan of the Seahawks.

If some card in the UK is on against two domestic guys that aren't really that good and I don't care for, I'm not complaining cuz I ain't watching. That doesn't mean people in the UK or wherever can't be excited.

Seriously though look at all the posts u made and all the time u took to tell us you're not staying up till 4am to watch this. Really? Lol no one fcking cares that ur going to dvr the card and watch it the next day haha

2 of the 3 fights are poor fights though. Fan or not.

I didn't come into this thread to say I'm not watching the fight. The only time I even said I wasn't watching the fight live was when all of the people living outside of reality where this card contains 3 great fight where saying "WELL, ALL THESE PEOPLE SAYING THE CARD IS BAD ARE STILL GOING TO WATCH IT! SO YEAH, JOKES ON THEM! SEE YOU IN THE RBR THREAD!!" as some backward defence mechanism to support this joke of a card.

I don't expect anyone to care that I'm not going to watch the card live. Like I said, I didn't even mention that I'd be watching it or not until multiple people implied that the people that are talking down this card would be watching it.

All I have done is questioned the idea that this is 1. A good card and 2. It has 3 good fights on the card.

That's consistently been said thus I've replied numerous times to different people because both are false.

I'm sorry am I missing something hurr? How is this a garbage card? Sure, Hopkins-Murat seems like a mismatch but you gotta believe that Rosada is gonna make it a tough fight for Quillin and who doesn't like seeing Deontay Wilder spark dudes out?

I'm sure we all would've liked to see Hopkins fight the other mando before he went off to bigger things. While he's defending against Murat like he's supposed to, I just don't like Murat, wasn't really impressed in the very few fights I've seen. I'm sure he'll give a valiant effort...
I like Chocolate/Rosado and think it'll go 12 hard fought both sides.
Tired of Wilder fighting these type of opponents and getting this kind of media blitz.
I guess Firtha is a positive step forward though as he's younger than Wilder's last couple of opponents and he's way more active than them having fought 9 months or so ago.
Here's hoping he fights Arreola next.
Hell, I'll even take Mitchell even though we all know he'll get sparked out
I mean shoot, even the other heavyweight with all KO's Mago is taking on a tougher opponent than all of Deontay's resume combined in Perez and it's like his 18th fight

Hopkins-Murat and Wilder-Firtha have such obvious winners going in though. Personally, I don't rate Rosado that highly, Quillin should handle him. I will watch this card, but it is a drop off, at least in the amount of action expected going in, from the run HBO just had.
