Hell no. He does not deserve the fight any more than Diaz deserves the fight. He will get paid whatever Mayweather says he will get paid and that will be a large amount but nothing even close to 50%. The fight won't make near as much money as the Mayweather-Canelo fight did so he won't be paid as much as Canelo was paid. I would guess he gets between 10 to 18 percent.

Ok, interesting that you estimate 10 to 18 percent as an adequate figure. That's basically the point of the original question - how much would be a fair split so kudos for dropping a figure in there.
