Ruslan easily wins this fight, Maidana struggled with Ortiz and Lopez and was dropped by both

it's easy to say ruslan now because he just fought & had a good showing against alvarado..........other wise it's as close as it gets.

exactly. People are high right now off of Prov, but they will be changing their tune when Maidana ices Broner in much the same fashion.

From a pure stylistic viewpoint, I feel Maidana hits a bit harder, and has a bit more range if he employs the jab as a range finder. Prov with all that nationalistic pride is a damn monster in there with the determination factor. Maidana would have to avoid those body shots that Prov was landing on Alvarado well.

This would be an amazing fight! I have no reason to believe that Maidana's determination and heart are less than Prov's. Each man could find the other. It would just be about who lands the ko shot. I would give maidana the edge, he has been tried and tested a bit more.

But I wouldn't be surprised if Prov wins this going away, he's fresher in people's minds.

On other thread on other forums its lopsided for Ruslan (just like this one will be as well probably) but its mostly because Ruslan just won a great fight.

Someone gets stopped, that's all i know.
