    great fight, would love it
Ruslan wasn't hurt bad vs Bradley, but badly busted up
Maidana would probably win by TKO based on cuts/swelling
if his face could hold up, would favor Ruslan in this
he keeps a better guard than Maidana, if that says much
he's a straighter puncher too, but his face would get mashed up

Maidana's jab would be vital, I can see either of them pulling it off. I think Provodnikov is more natural at the weight, even though Maidana is slowly adjusting to 147.

If Maidana gets caught close quarter trading he could get KO'd, if he plays it smart I imagine he'd win unless Ruslan trains on defence a little more, if he did he would be even better to watch.

Could Goldenboy make this fight? is Ruslan Top rank?. This would be an awesome fight and someone gets stopped here. Brutal fight, no running, no clinching, Serious blood bath.

maidana i feel hits harder but Ruslan is very accurate and ****s pretty hard himself, i'm slightly favoring Maidana but at some point Maidana is going to get stopped as he has been on so many wars. Ruslan could well beat him. As you said this would be an all out war.

I don't think Provo has been in a war vs a hard hitter like Maidana so I'd have to go with Maidana till Provo proves he can **** it out vs a hard hitter.

Despite Maidana being able to bounce back from being hurt he's shown he can be hurt pretty bad and those were people who don't punch as hard as Provo. Maybe with the exception of Ortiz but he's a damn quitter.

I'm not the least bit sold on Provo. He's never been anything more than an ESPN fighter, while Maidana is proven to be legit. Maybe he changed minds against Bradley, but I'd chalk that up to either Bradley having a bad night, or Bradley being a dead average welterweight, not Provo being something that good. He'll have to change my mind.

                  Maidana by stoppage.

Golden Boy can make the fight, Provodnikov is with Banner Promotions.

I don't have a clue who would win tbh, it's an intriguing fight imo.

Perhaps but those who watched it (I didn't) felt his only other loss v Mauricio Herrera was a hometown decision so he's not someone accustomed to losing.
