Not really the signs of a "robbery". Just a close fight where the guy they wanted to win lost.
Associated Press and New York Daily News is where I go to see who won the fight ....

Where you go to see who won? You probably just started watching boxing in 2007 and read that Floyd had a close fight in 2002 and cling on to it because you are upset about his 45-0 record.

I go by my own scorecard.

But usually one sign of a robbery is when the judges scorecards differ from the press scores like Pac/Bradley. In this fight that wasn't the case.

Same iirc, I had FMJ by a point or two. Could've legitimately been scored the other way, but it wasn't my opinion on the bout.

Check the punch stats, Mayweather got out worked and majorly out landed, he wasn't even being as 'slick' as usual so don't give me that B/S about compubox errors. The judges knew they'd not given Castillo his credit, so they tried to make up for it in the rematch, which Castillo lost clearly, yet they gave closer score cards than the first fight, which was quite obviously ******ed.

Doesn't matter if Mayweather was injured or whatever, he lost that fight, clearly. I mean jesus christ look at the power punches landed difference, it's jaw dropping how Mayweather walked away with the victory...

If you think Mayweather should win a fight where he got out landed by 50 odd punches, and hit by 110 more power shots and was the challenger, not the champion like Castillo, then you ain't got a clue...
          smh

you don't score fights based on punches landed, you score each round as if it's in a vacuum

you could have 3 rounds where fighter A lands 20, 30, 25 and fighter B lands 10, 28, 47. Fighter B landed more punches but was outlanded in two of the three rounds

why do we keep bringing up this fight like it's going to change what is on Mayweather's record.

Common theme coming from Floyd fans is that they gave Floyd the first 5 rounds. For them, it looks like any close round even though it may appear that Floyd didn't do enough to be given the round, give it to Floyd, not the champ Castillo.

I have been around a long time so you are wrong in that department.

NOPE: You probably went to BOXREC and skipped what Harold Lederman unofficial scorer had as a score (ie. Floyd lost) then listed the unofficial scores that jived with your opinion.

HBO unofficial scorer Harold Lederman had Castillo winning 115-111, The Associated Press had Mayweather winning 115-111, and Dan Rafael of USA Today had the fight 114-114.

Of course I did because somebody used Lederman to support Castillo winning so I pointed to other scores that had Floyd winning.

So I point out those scores to prove my point that the fight wasn't a robbery. Isn't that what you are supposed to do when arguing a point?
