    Hatton would outbox him.

Hatton wins. Not too sure how many people currently posting on this forum know very much about boxing 2005 or earlier in all seriousness.

Hatton smothers his work and out works him, clear points win.

Hatton had a granite chin, I can't see Prov getting him out of there. It's a shame that whenever Hatton is discussed in a fantasy fight, people only remember his fights against Mayweather & Pac.

I'm very surprised by the poll results and the comments here. How does Provodnikov beat a prime Hatton? It took 2 of the greatest fighters of our generation to beat Hatton and even the great Mayweather struggled for 5 rounds. Provodnikov would get hit hard and often, it's a great fight that goes 12 but noway does Provodnikov pull out a win.

I've read people in here say that not only did Hatton have a better chin but also more power than Ruslan. It really shows you how obsessed and brainwashed the Hatton(English) fans are for him.

You're delusional, not to mention very disrespectful of a former lineal champ.

First off, Hatton wasn't out against Mayweather, he basically wasn't allowed to stand back up after the 2nd KD. He was clearly hurt but coherent.

Secondly, it's clear you're a hater considering Bradley and Alvarado are not really big punchers. Both managed to get Prov's attention a few times.

That said, I like Prov and think he's an awesome fighter to watch but let's not go jumping the gun yet. Hatton dominated a very similar fighter named Juan Urango during his lineal title reign.

Really? It's seems to me that Hatton was beating Tszyu when the TKO happened while Phillips-Tszyu was a dead even fight at the time.
