I agree. Unless 140 seriously affects Ruslan's performance, he should get Alvarado out of there. He's going to be in pursuit, and he obviously hits like a Mack Truck. I don't think Alvarado can outbox him long enough.

Maybe it's just the fact that you probably never picked up a weight in your life that you don't know wtf you're talking about. Just go to YT and check out "body transformations" and do some research before you open your mouth. Diaz left the sport for 3 years while in his prime.. had he put the time and dedication in the gym he could of had a whole different body by now. It's guys like you who come to the gym for 3 weeks see little improvement give up and blame it on the genetics lol
