they dont need to make a certain weight but obviously there is a weight in which theyre comfortable at

however, in camp, do u think they can get away with eating burger n fries here and there?

    Of course.

But they will know the weight above 200 that suits them best... where they don't feel too sluggish but aren't too weak either.

Of course but for their own personal fitness not for any official reason that will hinder the fight from happening.

Chris Arreola and James Toney should watch what they eat cause both are a biscuit shy of 300 pounds

Serious Heavyweights have good diets like any weight class.

Wlad, Haye, Vitali never have an ounce of fat on them.

I imagine Haye has a lean, toned beef rod.

Any HW who is serious about his career watch what they eat or else they won't be able to get into great shape.

              It would help.

Look at two talented HW's in Solis and Haye for example. You have Solis who doesn't watch what he eats, constantly shows up in dreadful shape and a very talented fighter has done to waste. Then there is Haye who eats like a proper athlete, is always in great shape and his career is in a good spot.

No not really. Carrying some fat can be ok. Look at cyclist they have guts,

As a biochemist I don't think you should push the boundaries when you don't have to make weight.

It's not about what u eat its about whAt you do!

Look at Bruno he ate everything you need. He looked great but he didn't have it stamina wise. Big muscles low fat doesn't equal strong heart and lungs, while triglycerides are the best source of ATP outside sugars.

You need carbs to benefit from training but if you just eAt carbs and don't train you will get fat.
