People are going to be stunned when khan doesn't bring any fans whatsoever.
His fight with mayweather won't be as big in the uk as froch groves 2 or hell even kell brook getting a shot would bring more cash.

Khan is mostly a celebrity name. He doesn't have belief from the PPV buying boxing fans. We all know he doesn't stand a chance against mayweather and won't pay.

This fight will do pacquiaoesque numbers. I think it will max out at 600k buys.

Me and Khan will do good numbers. That may indeed be the case. But fight is still absolutely $h!t though.

I do remember my hard years of campaigning against this fight. Sadly it may happen anyway despite my efforts.

Exactly. GBP should have forced this fight to happen.

Yeah he should wear him down and stop him. And it should be on CBS, not PPV. I figured at some point Floyd would take a tune-up so I'm not surprised to see this fight happening. But I'm not in the habit of shelling out extra for tuneups.

I never knock a fighter for taking the money fight over the tougher fights...the money fight is the LOGICAL fight imo....both Floyd and AK made logical decisions by agreeing to fight each other imo....the backlash is understandable and by no means am I defending this fight but if the money is there our dogs gotta bite whomever....it is what it is!!

UK or Vegas...I'm there!!...gotta be in the building holding it down for my bro AK....he might be in over his head against Floyd but the gunner will come out gunning and if he have to he'll go out gunning....that's my dude!!...let's go AK

The only thing IMO floyd/gbp/haymon can do to mitigate the BS floyd/khan fight is to put it on CBS or Showtime with a strong undercard including 2 garcia/matts level fights-like santa cruz/mares and broner/danny or broner/thurman.

                  Floyd stop bullshitting

Khan struggled against Diaz in his last fight. This isn't your style, you fight people coming off of career defining wins, not some schlub that barely stayed afloat in his last fight

Garcia said in a recent interview Khan is a skilled fighter and he will pose more problem for Floyd than Canelo did

That's coming from a guy who was in the ring with Khan and TKO'd.

No, that wouldn't force a Pacquiao fight. Only thing that needs to be forced in order to make that happen is Bob Arum. Forced out of the way.
