Probably good advice. I haven't had the best luck lately. LOL.

for the life of me i cannot get good marked up abs even though i'm lean....then again, I do love myself mexican food....and not the vegan kind.
They get so much more cut in days by dehydrating the body. There's not much water in there so the muscles show more. Fighters do it to make weight and hope to be able to rehydrate well enough after the weigh in to have their strength back. Bodybuilders do it too but they intentionally do it to look more defined when they go into competition. And they say that that's the point when they look the strongest because their so defined but in reality that's when they are actually at their weakest point.

I've never bet on a fight since I just recently created my profile even though I've been visiting this site for years. Can anyone tell me how I'd be able to do that? I only have a few points that i've earned by posting comments but I guess that's how everyone must have started because I can't seem to find any other way to earn more points. Your help will be appreciated, thank you.

I won't be surprised if Alvarado KO's the Russian. And vise versa.

Next fight should be Rios vs Provodnikov

I'll just make a bet with someone and then both of us put it in our signatures. Once the fight is over, edit to "Paid" or "Not Paid" and move on to the next. I know there is a betting forum, but that's the way I've done it thus far.
