He was battering Marquez. The 5th and 6th probably had more combinations by Pac on JMM than the previous 3 fights combined. Outside of the 3rd round knockdown and the eventual knockout, Pac was in control at all times.

Obviously this means nothing because of the end result, but Pac was putting it on Marquez.

Sorry, I saw a different fight. Maybe I wasn't as awed by what Pac was doing because it was fairly obvious to me the traps JMM was setting for Pac. Between rounds 5 and 6, JMM hit Pac with the exact same punch 4 or 5 times that eventually KO'd him.

Bradley got what Pac never could, a decisive win over JMM, now they act like that's not worth anything. This fight makes sense, but they know Bradley would win again. That's why Arum and Koncz are avoiding it.

If this is how he's treated by his promoter, with Arum giving him a shot at Rios but protecting his cash cow.Then Bradley should leave TR ASAP

Bradley turned down a rematch with Pacquiao originally, because he knows he got a gift in the first fight. He didn't want to risk a loss which would have knocked him back down the ladder. Look at his reaction when he heard that he had won against Manny. He was a little shocked! He nearly lost to a virtual unkown in Provodnikov. Rios would kill Bradley, because he just doesn't stop coming and Bradley won't be able to hurt him. He apparently figured out Marquez, but that's not too hard to do. Marquez is a counter-puncher, so how does one beat him? Don't give him anything to counter! Marquez did himself a disservice on 24/7 by telling how he beat Pacquiao. He said that he knows Manny lunges forward when he feints, so he just waited for the opportunity and struck with the right. His trainer Nacho also mentioned that they were worried about Manny's temper after the first knockdown. He went after Marquez after that, which opened him up for a counter. Of course, Bradley paid attention to all of this information, and used it well. He may have won, but he still only pulled off a split decision against a 40 year old JMM. Pacquiao is better off fighting other fighters right now, to get his mojo back. He wouldn't look good against a non-hungry, over-cautious Bradley. If he is successful against Rios (which is a tough match after a K.O. loss) and one or two more fights, a rematch with Desert Shower will no doubt happen.

Rios is not getting any **** about the Abril fight..I don't even hear anyone talk about it anymore..Or at least not as often as people wanna bag on Bradley..Who has a solid win over Marquez..

At the end of the day Bradley and Rios both won..Deal with it and move on..The only thing to do is for Pac to rematch and show the first fight was a fluke..I believe he knows that's a tall order,no matter how the public wants to depict that fight..

If so easy ,come on Pac get redemption..

it's bradley that needs redemption since 99% of the boxing and sports community and the WBO saw pac winning....and the majority of fans saw pac winning...

Koncz is a donut!! I think its funny how people discredit Bradleys wins. Mayweather has been in far too many boring fights and he is hailed as a god. A win is a win!! Fairplay to Bradley!!!

Lara vs Pwill was an actual robbery,yet Lara still did lose..I don't need to start up a thread about them,I did not think Rios Abril was a robbery either..I thought Abril won,I also felt the fight was close tho..Same with Pac Bardley..I felt the fight could have went either way,Lara Pwill was not the same kinda fight..If your trying to suggest they were,I say ya need ya eyes checked..

Btw, PWill Lara was a closer fight than Pac Bradley on press row. Makes sense, PWill won about 4 rounds, including some outright, not by default.

anyone that would post anything on this site is a true boxing fan and any true boxing fan would love to see this fight. i am a pac fan and have gotten to be a bradley fan. this fight is very intriguing to most boxing diehards but at the end of the day it is what it is its all about the Benjamin's. just like anybody these people want to maximize their income. cong**** and good luck tb. stay humble.

Im glad that Konzc said this, because Bradley doesnt want to fight Pac anyways. He's going to try to get out of his contract so he can go to golden boy. All this jive about him being boring, and them wanting to doc his pay, is going to work against them. And Bradley will not be excited about fighting Rios and Prov. He wants to fight real fighters, and have more control over his career. I cant wait till he leaves, because I think he can beat Golden boy's whole roster.

Pacquiao was so pissed after the first knockdown, that he did indeed began to kick Marquez's butt. Look at the film; Marquez was a bloody mess. Unfortunately for Manny, he let his anger get the best of him. So while he was putting it on Marquez, he left himself wide open for a counter punch. When he got knocked out, he was trying to corner Marquez. He feinted, which is what Marquez said he waited for. Marquez simply side-stepped Pac-man, and threw the hardest right that he could. Manny was over-committed and completely out of position to do anything but get nailed.
