The Pac that fought Bradley and Marquez was lazy

He thought he could just skate by the Bradley fight without trying to hard as he didnt appear to be, and finish off his career with a few more wins for a nice legacy. But the worst thing that possibly could of happened happened to him.

I wouldnt say lazy, but Pac has been spoiled because over the years he's been fighting guys who didn't deserve to be in the ring with him and it forces him to box differently

If Pacquiao at a 10 was his most motivated, I'd say:

        DLH 10
        Hatton 10
        Cotto 9
        Clottey 7
        Margarito 8
        Clottey 6
        Mosley 4
        JMM III 7
        Bradley 5
        JMM IV 8

I seriously think he can do much better. If he went up against Bradley/Marquez again, he'll be a monster. He actually has a reason to demolish both of them now (KO and Belt).

Everyone of those fighters prior to Mosley plodded forward trying to attack Pacquiao, after Pacquiao actually had to be an aggressor, it's no coincidence his performances dropped at the same time.

He's fighting another plodder in Rios he should look great.

JMM IV you give him a 8? I give him like a 3 in there. And that is not just an excuse of why he got knocked out. He just looked so...idn...lethargic in there, he really did. Atleast to me. Didnt look like himself.

Pacquiao was a ferocious machine, even when fighters weren't plodding forward. Despite being controversial, Pacquiao was an aggressive beast in JMM I & II, against a boxer/counter puncher. He didn't have any of that aggressiveness or output after the Margarito fight.

It's not about how he looks stylistically in the fight. It's about his movement and punch output, which has obviously slipped since he started on his political career.

Even though that is true, the judge Duane Ford shouldn't be judging Pacman on his past performances, Ford said the reason he gave Bradley the win was because the old Pacman would have finished off Bradley when he trapped him in the corner like that instead he said Pac backed off.

That is ****** you have to judge the fight for the moment and leave past fights out of it. Thats why the decision was fishy.

but that was a half ass Pacman and even Bradley said Pacman throws his combos like every punch is a death blow.

the last fight Pacman took seriously was the Cotto fight. After that he was thinking hey I can take these big guys punches and got too comfortable and he paid the price with Marquez just bum rushing him and trying to overpower him again like he did in the first round of the first fight, it almost worked but Marquez was waiting for the right time to throw the right hand and land it since he has landed that punch many times against Manny.

Movement and punch output is obviously going to change if you have to be the hunter instead of the hunted. JMM 1 and 2 proves my point, they were close fights where he didn't look an unbeatable beast and his punch outputs were lower. He only looks great on the backfoot against slower fighters.

What abut Mayweathers opponents has he fought anyone like Pacquiao? no, but Pacquiao fought a slick black fighter in Bradley and wasn't even trying and still beat him in my eyes.

Floyd has fought tailormade fighters yet he gets praised and he doesn't even knock them out! but when Pac fights guys like that he has to KO them?

Why so much pressure on Pac but not on Floyd to deliver a KO?

If Pacman fought a catchweight with Canelo they would say big deal another plodding tailormade fighter for Pacman at a catchweight, but apparently Canelo is not tailormade for Floyd.
