What truly would be amazing is this..... Wishful thinking to say the least, but Imagine if HBO put out a PPV in 2014 and it looked like this:

Martinez-Golovkin (main event for Lineal MW crown)
Kovalev-Ward (co main event for WBO LHW title)
        Gradovich-Donaire (for Grad's IBF title)
        Lomachenko-Rigo

Would never happen, you can make a card out of all of those fights. But that would be the best PPV card ever lol
Maybe a rich Russian billionaire could fund it

I think that's what he means. Sanchez says Kovalev showed GGG too much respect/ was scared etc, but Golovkin's never said a word about him and the two seem to get along just fine.

Sanchez used to train Kovalev too (until the Simakov RIP fight) but Kovalev apparently didn't get on so well with Abel - possibly he was a bit too 'hands on' and Sergei likes to be left to do his thing. I also think Sergei didn't like playing second fiddle -being the 'sparring partner' to Golovkin.

Basically Sanchez wanted Kovalev to just open up on GGG but Sergei elected to box more defensively especially after by his own admission having to take a knee after one of Genas bodyshots. Kovalev speaks of Gena with respect says their sparring sessions were 50/50, and I've not heard a bad word from GGG about Kovalev.

There could even be some sour g****s from Sanchez, in the 8 fights (Vargas through Simakov RIP) Sergei had under Sanchez, his career essentially stagnated. In the 5 fights since he left Abel and The Summit, he's gone stratospheric.

Changing tack, another photo I like is the one with Gena jokingly holding Ruslan and Mike apart at some event. All are smiling and looks like they're having a bit of fun. In fact all these guys from the ex Soviet states seem to get along well, y'know, you don't see the kind of threats, *****ing and disrespect that are commonplace in US boxing.

Yikes. The trolling is strong with this one. Strong subtle racism/hate as well
