The fact that Top Rank will actually promote Lomachenko makes this a no brainer.

Don't get me wrong Lomachenko is very good and will accomplish a lot in the sport. He has the size and frame to win titles to 140 maybe even 147 down the line. Rigo is much smaller and 130 looks max for him. I do think if they were to fight within the next year at 126, Rigo would win. I feel Rigo is the more skilled boxer.

I'm glad they're taking an interesting in him. The fact that he already has a bigger fanbase than Rigo says alot

That was a typo on my post. I feel Rigo is held back by TR and Lomachenko will get TR full promotional backing.

... are you saying Rigo didn't say he wasn't moving up around the time Loma announced he was turning pro?

A former two-time Olympic gold medalist for Cuba, Rigondeaux won the WBA's bantamweight belt in his seventh bout by split-decision over Ricardo Cordoba in November of 2010.

"I have a great deal of respect for Rigondeaux," said Lomachenko. "But I need a few more fights before I'm ready for him."

Lomachenko doesn't want to fight Rigondeaux in his 3rd pro fight. He's ducking.
