I think I had Salido finishing him off within six rounds, so I wasn't far off. Cruz showed a lot of toughness in those last couple of rounds and I'm glad that he did stand his ground and go out fighting because boxing off the backfoot was getting him nowhere.

I was impressed seeing Cruz make it past 6, but I gotta admit he's one tough dude. Not surprised though, he's use to getting 'beaten up all night long'
