I agree. It's Bradley's fight to lose. If Timothy fights the perfect fight and doesn't get reckless by sticking to the game plan of constant jabs and leg movement, then it is going to be a long night for JMM and wins it going away.

The reason being, is Juan is a counter puncher with a very low work rate and slow feet. He needs a stationary opponent who is going to stand and trade flat-footed in order for him to be successful.

However, if Bradley decides to stay out of the exchanges and constantly move his feet against him, then JMM would be at his mercy; Because it is difficult to land punches on a moving target. Moreover, Marquez' slow foot speed is going to make it very hard for him to force Timothy into some frequent exchanges and likewise cutting off the ring.

Also, given Bradley's work rate of averaging 70 punches per round to Marquez' 40 punches per round, tells me that he is going to have to either score a KO or press Bradley to make him fight at a much faster pace in order to win, since Timothy nearly doubles his overall work rate.

Are you kidding? Besides power, he's clearly a better boxer, he's smarter, he's far more accurate, he has the chin advantage, he has the experience advantage, he's at least equal inside and definitely a deadlier puncher there.

Bradley has speed, stamina, and workrate. He's going to need his physical advantages to really be substantial if he's going to win.

Intent means NOTHING as a reason for success. Especially in boxing. Both fighters have the intent to beat the other. It's a combination of split-second synchronisation, split millisecond brain impulses involving split millisecond muscle response and autonomic adrenaline surge..

Just my opinion, but....to me a solid, closed eyes punch that lands in exactly the right place to do the most damage.....that spells ...LUCKY.

Marquez should win this fight comfortably. Saying that, Manny beat Bradley comfortably and didn't get the win so you never know.
I don't regard Marquez as an ATG, this is puerile stuff. His whole fame comes from his most recent fights, all against Manny Pacquiao. The other top guys he fought, he lost to, or they were long past "selling date" like scraping past Barrera. And they can be counted on the fingers of one hand.

I love it how no one notices juans taking to much damage in each of his last fights at his age .

And lucky punch meaning if he was able to hit pac with that punch
Why not do it in round 1 or 2 before you got your arce whooped for a bit???anyone?

                  Or fight 1,2or 3?

Bradley is better at everything over juan.
He is faster and slicker and quicker and
He is youngerbwith more endurance and styles make fights.

I disagree with your assessment of Marquez, and I absolutely love the guy. Yes he holds an experience advantage, but everything else is questionable. I think Marquez's boxing ability is overrated here. He's a great counterpuncher, but he can be outboxed. Bradley has shown great boxing skills in the past, especially in outboxing Lamont Peterson. We'll see who the better boxer is tonight.
