Do Wlad's 3 defeats hamper his ATG status?

I don't like comparing different weights. I keep it to HWs. He's HW ATG.

However, when it comes to GOAT I take into account all weights.

But the question was if he's an HW ATG and if he's an ATG in general.

The second is unfair on heavyweights, which is why it's harder to justify putting them in there.

But as I said previously, he's a certified ATG heavyweight.
