I used to hate floyd then realized I actually hated his fans Manny's fans can be pretty bad too but he is usually more likeable I used to root for a Floyd lose but realized the fans doing that were just as bad as the Floydiots so I hope he retires undefeated I think a fight between the two was a pick em 50-50 fight a few years back when Floyd first came back now its more like 60-40 or 70-30 Floyd but Manny would be in the fight all the way and might even prove many wrong
Manny is great fun to watch Floyd can be a bit of a snoozer he is great at defense but still wish he would throw more punches ala Sweet Pea but he's not gonna change this late so I gotta like him for what he is

I like both to be honest.

It's the ****riding "my fighter is the greatest" fans that I can't stand.

As a boxing fan, how can you not like & respect both guys achievements & skills in the sport is beyond me.

I respect good fighters and I like good fights.

I guess I'd say I like both guys equally but I'm not a huge fan of either at this point. They've accomplished what they will, and are making their money now. I only have a couple of Floyd fights in my collections, but I bust out some classic Pacquiao often (Morales I and II, any of the Marquez fights).

I find myself defending Floyd a lot around here though, because some people are actually ****** enough to believe that Pacquiao is a humble nice guy and Floyd is an evil super villain.

Great thread OP, I too, am a big fan of both fighters. There is a big groupie mentality when it comes to the fanbases of these two fighters.
