Chris Arreola. Fights between 200-400. Keep his natural diet (burritos and beer) even during training camp.

Same with Martinez. When a guy is in training camp and after a month he's consistently over 175 lbs for weigh ins, he is far from being a natural 160 pounder.
he is most likely carrying alot of fat at that time. its not like he is 5% body fat at 175. same with tim bradley, he balloons up between fights but not after the weigh in. both are natural at their weight class

Is their walk around weight their natural weight? I don't think so, is James Toney a natural HW? No he's not he's fat. Natural weight is what they weigh for optimal performance IMO.

Bradley is naturally a Middleweight. He's always coming down from above 165 lbs. For his last fight, he's on record saying he actually came down from 180 lbs, cause he put on more weight than usual.

No it's not draining, draining is losing water weight for a weigh in and then putting it back on for the fight. Working hard and losing weight is not draining.

Bradley balloons up after the weigh ins too. You see how big he was the last fight? you cant be serious. Keep in mind, not doing so hurts him because he's shedding so much weight over a very short period of time. It's very unhealthy.

Show us the numbers, he weighed 147 on fight night for Pacquiao. Can't argue facts.

tim walks into the ring at around 150 he said it himself. a lot of boxers let themselves go in between fights. ricky hatton isnt a natural 180 and neither is sergio or tim, they just love food.

When you are already in shape, dropping 15 lbs in less than 30 days, more like 21, is draining. You can claim it's not all you want though.
