Given Price's mental strength, his back to back losses, and his promoter Maloney just retiring, I think a likely brutal loss to Chisora anhilates his career sadly.

Co-****in-sign. This would be a step down for Chisora and doesn't help him elevate his game to the next level - where he needs to be, if he's gonna fight for a title. Would like to see Del Boy face Boytsov, Wilder, Mago, Dimitrenko, or even someone like Chagaev

How is Price still a "British champ" after 2 str8 losses? You can only lose that title by losing to a brit?

                You nutter!

The British title is devalued now due to the dozens of 'world' titles at each weight (& that's just the WBA), but in the old days a great British Champ like 'Enry Cooper would lose at Euro or World level but still be involved in a lengthy British title reign against some quality domestic level opposition. It wouldn't make sense to keep stripping them.

It's only on the line against British fighters, non-Brits cannot compete for it. Still holds quite a bit of meaning too, what with the Lonsdale belt and the previous boxers who held it.

Also, it isn't a step down for Chisora - especially not after Gerber. It's a great fight, one that either man can potentially win and generates interest & revenue. I don't rate either of 'em particularly highly, it's not like Chisora is destined and Price may as well make the most of his limited career - so why not?

Gonna send Price into retirement after this mismatch. He'll be beaten before getting in the ring.Wouldn't be surprised if it falls through out of mercy.

foreign cuisines for 300 please alex. name an Italian dish... (buzzer goes off) Swedish meatballs alex! where & the hell do you think Swedish meatballs come from? (buzzer goes off) spain alex... just kidding but I don't think he will get stripped of either belts. obviously only a brit can win the british title but the same can be said for his commonwealth belt. only a fighter from a commonwealth country can fight for it's belt. an American could not fight for that belt but a Canadian or aussie could...
