Many men have continued with broken Jaws before him. So, since it's been done before.. he is a quitter in comparison to the other boxers.

Irony. People that spend long hours living through their internet persona like to call quitters to those man that decided to spend their time in the ring. They quit their lives to live behind an alias, but the guys that get hit for a living are the cowards. Shtty world.

I don't look at a quitter and a coward as one in the same. I am from the school of thought that simply being a boxer means you are PROBABLY not a coward. Duran quit against Ray Leonard, yet he's exuded bravery in the ring over and over again. He is far from a coward. These guys are paid to be gladiators, but it's also their job and how they support their families. So if a fighter is in a situation where they feel there is no path to victory, I am not in their body so I won't judge them because again, they've proven to be far more brave than most of us by simply being willing to compete in such a brutal sport.

Fans, especially those that have never even fought calling fighters cowards is very annoying to me.

(Quitters): In Boxing you have classic phrase "He Quit". Who are you as a fan to call a fighter a quitter. We don't know how hard the opponent is punching or how a fighter physically is feeling coming into the fight. Recently Fighter like Victor Ortiz, Angulo, Delvin Rodriguez, Cintron and others have been pegged with this label. We have no idea the pain these guys are in and we should not hold it against these fighters because this is how they make their living. Boxing is a brutal sport and no man in this sport is a coward.

Quitting is not a subjective matter... We don't need to know how much pain a boxer is in or his psychological state to Know that he quit. Quitting is objective. IF he quits , then he's a quitter, simple as that

Ortiz understands that he is mortal and that all of the damage sustained in the ring will be with him for the rest of his life. You guys just think, **** it, I paid my money I want to see a mans life ruined. You have to remember that most of these guys have 50 years of their life remaining after boxing is over. You fools will never understand this thinking because the majority of you push pencils around for a living and the most dangerous thing that you'll do in a day is drive your beeatch a$$ home from your pencil neck, a$$ kissing job.

Any man who steps off of the already worn path of the common people to chase a dream of theirs is no coward to begin with.
