Do you actually realise that not everyone is actually a Garcia fan? I don't have anything against him but I also wanted to see him get beat just to see his Dadddy face. But you know what I have seen posters on here predict how Garcia was scared, how he wasn't answering his phone, how his dad was shook and was silent, how the fight would not happen, Gifs, pictures etc made of him running.

Now when the fight finally got signed they took it to the next level, people like me who had zero affiliation with either fighters called this fight a 50-50 (Yes I picked Garcia to UD Lucas) but we were stomped out of threads because it sounds ridiculous, now after the fight and after Lucas took his loss like a man and I meant that like A TRUE MAN.. Not going back to Argentina and making excuses like Pacquiao would do in the phillipines, but we now have those same fans making excuses in threads to savage what? Savage the fact that two men got in the ring and one came out on top? The one that was suppose to be destroyed! The one that was suppose to be carried out on a stretcher with his dad crying next to him!

What does Pacquiao have to do with the thread? He doesn't make excuses anyway. He never once accused Marquez of being on PEDs and said he didn't see the shot coming. When he was robbed v Bradley, he just said "that's boxing". As well as being an exciting fighter he's a sporting guy, a credit to boxing.

This is why Matthysse fans are responding. It's the "I told you so brigade" talking ish when really Garcia's win owed something to fortune. This fight actually didn't prove anything with regards to power punchers... Matthysse unluckily got injured when he was winning the fight. It wasn't his power that had him up either, he was out-boxing Garcia blocking his shots and landing his own clean.

No alts for me Frank, I have faith in my views and just call it how I saw it. I dont think I have seen any Lucas fans saying he won, but the Danny fans will try to justify his win everytime.

If you really have that much respect for the decision, why would you even dignify some posts with an answer. Baiting aside, this fight is still creating huge threads, which would only suggest unfinished business.

I liked what I saw from Danny, but I prefer Lucas as a fighter as I like aggresive boxers with a bit of skill as opposed to technicians who occasionally let their hands go.
