I feel bad for Margarito.......

Margarito has done nothing to get my support and if he fought guys his size at 154 he would get schooled because he wouldnt be able to bully them and he has no defense what so ever.

Margarito is not that great. He has done nothing to prove he is even close to great. Some of you people will get a reality check soon when he fights a credible opponet.

he needs to move up in weight to get a fight...he's trying to fight smaller guys to make a name for himself..he needs to fight somebody like ouma, travis simms, vargas somebody of that nature

if he can make 147 why not? dont give me that smaller guys bs. floyd/zab/?baldomir? think they're the greatest there's his fight right there. just cuz he's avoided doesnt mean he should move up. thats uneccesary. just call out the guys in his weight class someone will have to respond. he'd have to fight gatti or baldomir to get recognition first.

Margarito is not that good. His fight with Santos was close but I thought that could've went either way. In that fight Margarito was rocked a couple of times too. AM should've been able to dent Santos not so great chin but was unable to. He needs to fight a credible Welter instead of the mediocre opponents to force a big fight with some of the bigger names in the division.

How many times do I have to post this.Margairto has been calling everyone out since he won his belt 3 years ago,from Delahoya to Winky to Hopkins.He will fight anyone even Floyd.I find it funny how some people make it seem like he is scared to Floyd,what does he lose? floyd wont KO him or hurt him.Why would he turn down millions to fight FLoyd?From what I heard Bob Arum made a 7 million dollar purse for a Floyd vs. Magarito match up.Even after Margarito agreed to 15% of this purse Floyd still turned it down.For all those that might say why would Floyd fight Margarito?I say why not? He has a major belt at 147 and if he as easy as Floyd makes it sound then why not take it?Floyd after watching the Zab fight is licking his chops to fight an averated piece of crap.(ZAB) I would admire Floyd if ever took a fight againts Margarito a NATURAL 147 pounder.Pick on people his own size? He makes 147 easy....never heard if him straining to make his weight.Or stop coming up in weight if you want to fight people your own size.Point is Margarito wants to fight for the bucks,its just that he is surounded by a bunch **** talkers.

Normally your posts aren't ******, but this one was. Margarito is not a natural 147 lber. He walks around at a higher weight than that, this I can guarantee. Just look at the picture of him next to Winky. Winky is abover 154, and Margarito is the same size. Floyd started out at Superfeather weight, and has been fighting guys who are bigger than him for a while now, so don't start with this bull**** of fighting a guy his size. Size isn't even what Floyd utilizes, so that's a pretty assanine argument in the first place.

If no one is going to fight you in a division, aside from mandatories, you have two choices: Stay there and make no money, or go up and look for guys who are willing there.

Also, I'll say this again. No one knows who Margarito is (aside from boxing fans). The casual fan does not give two ****s about seeing Margarito fight anyone, because they don't know who he is. This is high risk-low reward for everyone who fights him. Why did people want the Gatti-Mayweather fight? Because they all know who Gatti is. Why would anyone want to see Mayweather fight Margarito? Exactly, they don't.

I totally agree wtih you, why would anybody make the arguement that he only picks on smaller guys when he demolished Cintron who was about the same size or bigger, and yeah Cintron isnt at the top of the welterweight division right now but I would bet on him to beat Judah, Baldomir, Gatti and Callazo. Hes at the bottom cause Margarito put him there just like he would to the rest of the welterweight division. Margarito is a natural 147 fighter,he has a strict diet and stays close to his weight when not fighting like b-hop would do.
