But you're right, JMM isn't a defensive wizard, what he is great at is counterpunching and timing opponents. You don't have to be full on defence like Pea or Floyd do be a great technical boxer, JMM is a great technical boxer...who likes going to war. He's Mexican, what more do people expect?

In terms of Bradley being fast, he has pretty decent handspeed and solid reflexes but he isn't a speed demon ala Pacquiao or RJJ etc. What Bradley does is what JMM does, they are both good counterpunchers who have sound fundamentals yet both like to go to war. This fight will be fun, whoever wins.

I am a JMM fan and I've come to like Bradley, both men give fans their money's worth. I reckon Bradley wins because he is younger, faster than Marquez and has the better back foot game when he needs to use it. With JMM in Hulk mode, if Bradley goes to war, he will get rocked and possibly stopped but if he maintains his cool, he can outbox Marquez, especially in the championship rounds.

F* around, and will look to lay you out, regardless if he is hurt, bloodied, dazed, JMM is one tough hombre, that can take shots like any good mexican but he has outstanding punching skills which seperates him from the margs and other mexicans that take shots.... JMM has the best punch selection on his combos,, i even rank him higher than floyd in punch selection, jmm reminds me of a prime james toney, that when they open up a combo- its beautiful and every punch is like the most perfect punch to throw at that moment,,

Jmm is the best fighter since prime chavez to be able to take a shot and then deliver his own more powerful shot....

Yes, exactly,,, he takes the shots, doesnt flinch and unloads beautiful combos that only a truely great boxer could throw.......
He reminds me of a prime chavez in that they can be punched in the face, not blink, and unload on you,,, chavez had alittle more power and was left hook to the body or a nasty straight right, whereas jmm throws all sorts of punches and they are perfectly placed,, best punch selection in the game today
