Those are nationalities, not race. Black isn't a nationality, rooting for someone because they're white, black or brown is racist. Rooting for your countrymen isn't. If you root for someone just because of their race you're small minded, ignorant and racist.

If one is an American and one is only backing the black, white or latino fighters I'm afraid that's racially biased and discriminating on grounds of race. It doesn't mean one is "******scum" or poor/can't read but it's not really socially acceptable.

Agreed. JCCjr said he was rooting for Canelo because he was Mexican, as did every other mexican fighter lol. It's completely fine. Some people on here get mad, but it's all chill. The real reason is that boxing is a very ethnic and nationalistic sport. Even if race isn't important, it's always pervades the world of boxing.

We may not agree alot but you have seen the comments all of Mayweather/Broner fans are poor ******scum. Honestly 75% of America's best fighters right now are black. In America unless your a member of the military nobody is really considered just American its all divided.
