Don't know what you people saw in that guy. He doesn't use his height. He has a drooping, meek posture and always looked like he's about to duck low to ward off punches. Very annoying style.

Andrade definitely outhustled and outworked Vanes, but looked too vulnerable at times for me to be sold on him yet. That said, there's plenty of skill there and his length gives him the advantage on the outside against a lot of JMWs.
OTOH he doesn't seem great in the power department, and while he was able to grind out the win, he didn't really show the ability to step it up a gear when he had the edge.

In theory, Vanes was a decent step up fight, but I'd need to see more of him. Brian Rose has been mentioned as a possible next opponent but TBH Demetrius should win without too much difficulty.

My understanding is that Baysangurov will get to fight for the title he vacated when he recovers from injury, which could be a reasonable test, as would Smith.
Depending on how he shows in his next fight I wouldn't mind seeing him in with Kirkland either.

He's got potential for sure, but I can't yet see him beating the top guys in the division.

A knockdown is 10-8 as per WBO rules, regardless if the other boxer dominated the rest of the round or not. Where has this myth come from?

I saw a close fight either way it went where both guys looked pretty mediocre, literally the difference was Andrade was just faster and a little more flashy.

Andrade has skills, but I think people who've seen him before knew that...so I wasn't impressed but I expected him to win...I hope he can stay active now

He's a player at 154, I definitely don't see him as the next big thing but he's a live body...

I think him and Trout or Lara would be good matchups although they could be snoozers...

Boo Boo made Vanes miss all night long. Dominated most of the fight but did look a tad bit vulnerable. So the judgement is still out.
