If and when this fight happens, Cotto will outbox and defeat Martinez.

Cotto's a warrior and is set on defining his legacy instead of protecting it like, other fghters who retire in the era when the weightclass is at it's best and waits until they have all taken each other to war to return!!!

Cotto is one of my all time favorite fighters and I know him better than most. This isn't the matchup I was hoping for. ESPECIALLY if it's at 160. Huge mistake.

same with me, I'm a big Cotto fan but Martinez kills him. I think Cotto should go down the Canelo route, that's a good win for him. Martinez stops Cotto in the 9th.

I give credit for Cotto wanting to fight Martinez, but Its a big mistake! Martinez is not finished like some people think, Maravilla will end all the new hype people are buying into about Cotto. Martinez is too big for Cotto. Cotto will be his old self and drop to a knee all over again, look at my SIG because that is how he will look after about 7 rounds.

[QUOTE=Dirk Diggler UK;13820190]I would rather have physical scars than mental scars.

He has neither. Physically he looks more than ready. Mentally, he is more than recovered since he whooped that poor excuse for a mexicano cheatn ass fool righteously the second time around. So he is all good IMO! I think Cotto does well against Sergio. I have it 50/50!

And by the way, Edwin is fighting Ward. Cotto just destroyed Delvin.

Mental scars never truly go away. Beating a shot, one eyed dead man Margarito by doctor stoppage will not heal the beatings he's suffered.

Once Sergio starts landing those fast combos on his head, the memories will all come flooding back.

                  Edwin....Delvin.....who cares?

What version of Cotto are we on now? Upgrade #63?
