Either Ricky burns is wolverine or that broken jaw was exaggerated or just typical of the bull**** that comes with the territory over there in the UK. Its funny how all the Brits spun that fight as Ricky burns the brave warrior who fought with a broken jaw instead of Ricky burns the guy who needs strings pulled to hold that paper strap, either way he ducked broner ducking Crawford especially after his last fight would be to much to stomach even by the little league standards of the UK, either way the flights good for boxing glad we're going to see another title liberated and brought back the the United States of America.

Crawford is sure to target Ricky's jaw so he better be sure it's healed up.
It looks like Burns plans to end up his career.

Ricky is a real man by going over to New York to defend his title. Always been a fan of his, and I think this fight is going to be tough for Crawford.

Burns beat Martinez, easily the best fighter he has faced and in all honesty, down the stretch, Burns won quite easily.

That's what I was thinking, Hearn better not be trying to cash out on a burn out Burns (pun not intended lol). I'd like Burns to take some time out and let that jaw heal as best as possible.

I definitely think he has the beating of Crawford, everything I've seen of him as shown me nothing special and the comparisons to Sweet pea are ridiculous. Then again, if Burns isn't at his best, physically and mentally then Crawford may have the edge but the Burns who romped through Mitchell and beat Martinez will UD Crawford.

Burns is back in light training, end of january is perfect, we all know burns lost his fight, to take the heat off the robbery, his promoters went on a crusade saying this is a career ending injury blah blah, out for a year

the truth is that burns the injury takes around 4 weeks to heal after surgery, its been a month, the doctor said burns can begin training but still take no hits, in another 3 or so weeks, the doctor said he will be fully healed, so by end of october burns is back 100 percent healthy

that gives him 3 months to prepaire for crawford, which is plenty of time, he can even rest for another 2-3 weeks if he wants, it will be 6 weeks after his sparring will start
