    Povetkin is an amazing fighter

I was really impressed by Povetkin's speed, skills and heart. I am more than sure that he can make some very big fights in the HW division. For instance, I would place Povetkin with David Haye as the 3rd best HW.
I would really love to watch the following fights :

    Povetkin vs Haye

    Povetkin vs Chisora

    Povetkin vs Solis

    Povetkin vs Wilder

    Povetkin vs Fury

    Povetkin vs Jennings

    Povetkin vs Helenius

    What's your take on it?

he's 34, coming off a ****ty performance so I doubt he gets a ton of high profile fights.

Respectfully, how the hell were impressed by Povetkin Saturday? come on dude.

      Amazing my ass

Wlad was the better boxer and it showed, even though he cheated his way to the win via illegal moves - which he didn't need to do

Pov is a very average boxer with a big heart

If he was remotely amazing, he would have gone for Wlads body and watched the Haye fight to see how he could counter the leaning - which eventually was the reason why he gassed

He didn't do anything better than Haye, his face looked a mess. By round 5 he was so gassed, his head movement and footwork disappeared

Pov big heart, but lacks skills.

Excellent footwork, fast feet, nice hooks, intelligent pressure fighter, fast hands and , the most important, a huge heart. I wanna see How Haye would deal with Povetkin. To me, that's an excellent 50-50 fight.

The K bros are simply at another level. I am talking about Povetkin as a contender. I am more than sure that he would give Haye and Solis ( who I consider to be an excellent boxer) a very very tough fight.

I think most posters will see this as a klit fan trying to make saturday's debacle better.

Its hard to think anyone would want to see either fighter after what we saw on Saturday. these are 2 of the 3 or 4 best HWT's in the world and they put on a putrid display, almost as bad as wlad/haye-which was another top 4 bout.

Povetkin avoided wlad for years and then that what we saw. Good luck getting another high profile fight.

and now looking back at the Haye vs Wlad fight and Pov vs Wlad fight

Haye vs Wlad was close in terms of rounds, there were only a few jabs in it.

Haye out landed Wlad with powershots

Also found a way to diffuse the leaning, I wish Pov wud have done the same, just fall to his knees, no point of trying to carry this big guys weight

He didn't get knocked down, his face was broken up and he was in the fight right to round 12

Wlad totally dominated Pov unlike he did Haye

Povetkin reminds me of Ricky Hatton with his grit and determination... he should be given credit for having a ton of heart to survive rd 7.

I'd like to see him in with Chisora next year, that would make for an entertaining fight.

If you mean on another level because of the refs leniency to allow Wlad to use illegal moves then ur right

Wlad gets away with way too much and it's not good for the sport of boxing and not good for his opponents or the viewers.

Its people like you who have ur head so far up Wlads ars* that are ruining this prestigious sport.

If the ref were to come down hard on Wlads use of clinching and leaning, we'd have far more competitive fights

Bonte must be paying these refs off with large sums of Euros
