Terrence Crawford Got No Love In Orlando

I attended the fight Saturday and didn't get a chance to watch the undercard on the HBO broadcast, but wow @ the boos he got starting from rounds 2 on. I was sitting there with a few people and the people in the row below me knew the guy and we were talking about fights with him and Gamboa, etc. But yo...by rounds 3 on the crowd got so restless and "We Want Cotto" chants started on one side of the arena and where we were at these Puerto Ricans with congas and tambourines started these Puerto Rican chants and more than half our section started chiming in LOL.

The funniest **** was when they announced the 10th and final round the crowd was like

    Literally LOL!

I like Crawford though, but I think he needed to be a lot more assertive especially considering what Arum is doing with Rigo.

He's a good young fighter but he should have gotten that guy outta there. He had him completely ovrrmatched yet he fought at a slow, steady pace even though there was literally no danger. He has a lot to learn.

It was full of Hispanics looking for action, of course not. We stepped out to 180 during the 2nd round so my friends could smoke, their bosses had a spot in VIP locked down until the cotto fight ended, started partying and never made our way back in to watch the fight.

Yea that's what we were saying. You can't deny his skills at all, but at this level if he expects bigger fights on bigger platforms he's gotta step on the gas a little because he definitely had power to take Klimov out.

Real boxing fans don't want guys to fight, they want two guys who have sex in the ring or stand 10 feet from each other and pose, runway style.

This was an off performance for Crawford, and he likely won't be able to get away with fighting so tentatively against Burns or Beltran.

Considering the female to male ratio there was like 3/1 Women (majority Puerto Rican lol) the intermissions were quite fascinating LOL

If he cant come at a guy who possess no danger and isnt even throwing, who cant he come at? Very disappointing. He got a 3rd underserving HBO spot on a cotto card nonetheless and came out looking very unappreciative after stinking up the joint

Yea I mean I like Crawford. But when you're given these type of opportunities to showcase under one of the biggest names in the sport, you gotta bring that extra something. I'll personally look for Crwaford's next fight (especially against Burns) but he's gotta impress heavily.
