Burns is rarely in snoozers and I think Crawford might bring it properly in that fight. The fight might not even happen if the Burns-Beltran rematch happens.

Your not going to be in an exciting fight everytime out,,,,,

I still think that crawford is a future p4p guy and would favor him at lightweight over everyone but vasquez and that would be a 50/50 fight IMO, just for the fact that vasquez has a horrible style for anyone to figure out

He is if he's fighting a guy who's not aggressive.

Burns is going to hit air all night and we all knock Crawford's not going out of his way to stop Burns.

Burns will be aggressive even if he is hitting air all night, the opportunities will be there for Crawford to lay it all out properly. I might be wrong but I think Crawford will be more exciting in the bigger fights.

Why do you think he'll be aggressive?

He's not really an aggressive fighter.

If you can win without risk whatever, not like anyone will remember this fight if he does better in bigger fights which he probably will (as long as he fights a bit more obliging opposition).

Not everyone is aggressive as long as a guy is winning things will be alright for the most part.

He was winning every minute of the fight, that is still the object of the game.

Likely. But a different kind of slow pace. Burns is a lot more skilled than Klimov and I don't mind a good chess match. It would be a lot better than waiting to counter a guy that doesn't want to be in the ring which was the case on Saturday.

I take it you mean Crawford? I think he fights well within himself and that in a big fight for the title against an aggressive boxer like Burns, who also makes a lot of mistakes, that he'll show a lot more aggression. I'm sure he will always display a more methodical style, more of a bit by bit breakdown than a crash wallop aggression, but I think Crawford will really be going through the gears against Burns.

No I was referring to Burns.

He's not really an overly aggressive fighter, he's more of a boxer.

No way Crawford forces the fight, Burns will end up being the guy who's forcing but he's going to miss and not be overly aggressive.

Has dull written all over it.

                    But you never know.

if crawford doesnt force that fight and look specatular, hes pretty much writing his ticket to undercard tv. he'll be one of those many fighters talked about as being really good but never getting any coverage. the casamayors, the morenos, etc. and it'll totally be his fault unlike those other guys. hes got his shot. if he doesnt make it count its on him
