He fought mean last night. He was also clearly toying Rodriguez in 2nd, like he did back against Gomez. When Cotto is acting cocky, he's in the zone.

Opponent doesn't matter. Martinez, Canelo, Marquez, Bradley... they can all get it
Opponent doesnt matter LOL , he only appears ****y and in the zone with B level fighters , he was just as bad ass and in his zone in his last 2 loses , the difference was the opponent .

Trainer and new mindset work wonders. He beats all four of them listed. Not in the fashion he beat Rodriguez, but he beats them.

Shouldnt even mention JMM and Bradley they are too small and Cotto cannot make 147 , I think Martinez wins a UD and Canelo might stop him .

Bradley is as big as Cotto, not as good though. Martinez will get broken down, and JMM is simply too small. Canelo does have a real chance against Cotto.

Didn't I tell you Roach will get the best out of Cotto.

The Marquez fight is viable at 150lbs.

He could fight Sergio at catchweight as well probably around 157lbs

If Canelo wants it, I guaranteed Cotto will beat him.

Only big fights left for Miguel now.

Speed is a very relative thing, compared to Rodriguez he looked very quick though

Bradley bulks up to make 147 Cotto is 154 , Cotto cannot make 147 there lay the answer about size , if they were to fight at 147 now , Bradley will beat a drained Cotto .

Martinez will box and win a UD I dont think Cotto can land on him enough to break him down and Cotto doesnt finish strong , Cotto will always have trouble with slick movers , Cotto will semi robot after him all night , but Sergio is slipping , also depends on the weights , at 160 its Sergios , at 154 its a toss up based on how well Sergio can make 154 .

Canelo will be very interesting , I think it will be Canlos breaking out party , Cottos style really suits Canelo , I hope this fight happens , its the type of fight a lot of questions get answered .

Cotto was in the Floyd Mayweather (catchweight , excuse king, duck King, race card king) fight very inactive. If the Cotto wouldn 't taken those plaster shots, he might be a better or higher ranked or even one of the top p4p fighters today.

Cotto looked great last night, and I don't buy this "crap competition" thing. There were many people saying Rodriguez would be a tough fight. I thought that myself. Rodriguez may not be at the top, but he is solid, tough fighter who has shown to be able to go to war and be durable, and Cotto blitzed him in a little over two rounds. It wasn't the best competition, but damn did Cotto look good in there. He was clearly in shape, and he was fighting like he wasn't concerned about gassing in the later rounds which was very reassuring.
