    Now both Steve Kim and Chris Mannix are saying HBO has a deal with Cotto. Golden Boy being banned from HBO, Top Rank would be the de facto exclusive promoter for Cotto throughout the rest of the HBO deal.

            it probably has something to do with HBO. HBO probably wants Cotto vs Martinez along with Arum.
