Klitschko should never be shown on TV again.

this was the first fight (I'm talking about a major level boxing fight), where I actually turned it off midway through. This was borderline criminal. I've always watched fights that are considered boring all the way through but this one takes the cake. Turned on some college football.

I really fear for Wlad if he would fight Wilder, he looked vulnerable tonight
Wladimir demolished Wilder during their sparring sessions. Wilder got dropped several times. It's no secret that Wilder doesn't want to step up yet. He thinks that fighting cab drivers will sharpen his skills to fighttrue opposition.., I don't.

Povetkin is too fast for Wilder : Povetkin by knockout in the 5th. Unfortunately, Wilder would never take this fight.

I agree, no need for any more clinch battles to be televised.

Povetkin is terrible, Wlad just refused to engage and get rid of him. Instead of taking out the exhausted, limited opponent with little power, he as hhappy to lean and clinch down the stretch.

Say what you will about him, but Haye would have sparked Povetkin.

It wasn't a great showing visually, but again Wlad got the job done. I think its harsh to say that the heavyweight shouldn't be on tv though.

Wilder has only been around boxing 8 years, Broner been around it for 11 years and Danny 15, he is working on the basics.

By then he should just stop saying that he wants to do this and that and work his way up to the challenger position. Povetkin is Wilder's nightmare stylistically.

I'm not hating on Wlad or anything. I just think he should avoid a tall power puncher like Wilder since his defense lately requires laying on his opponent.

Povetkin would get dropped the second he tries that arms out bum rushing he did tonight

                    Source??

The fight was boring, wlad looked disinterested and lazy and povetkin was only their for the roubles.

That being said, as someone else mentioned, he IS the hw champ so has earned the right for his boring fights to be televised.

There were at least three times where he landed a punch that would have put Povetkin down but Wlad clinched and held him up. At least three times.
