Steve Kim dropping hints on his twitter page that cotto indeed has a multi fight deal with hbo. If it's true looks like we might be getting Sergio vs cotto premature poll but who takes the fight and why NSb?

Well HBO was the one that cut off relations with GBP they could open them up again for the right fight.
