He got schooled by Mayweather (no shame in that) and got beat clearly by Trout.

Cotto has never looked great above 147 and will get ruined against a real JMW. The 'lineal' middleweight champion is fighting Geale at a catchweight

Even at this age, Cotto beats Canelo, might even stop him late.

I've always favored Alvarez. He has the size, skill, and fast hands to beat Cotto up and make him run. It should be a damn good fight though.

Both are great but Canelo is too big and strong. I feel that Cotto is in an odd position, too big for 147 and too small for the big 154 lbers

Angulo/Kikrland is 100x's more pathetic than Rodriguez/Sergio Martinez. But since Cotto is fighting in just 3-4 weeks it's a lot more comparable to Angulo/Kirkland Sergio Martinez/Daniel Geale. If you don't see the gap in talent, that's not objective.

Cotto's fighting the #5 ranked MW in the world as a voluntary defense. Canelo has NO title and he fought an unranked JMW or MW (whatever division Canelo thinks he's in) who hasn't fought in 18 months, at a catchweight, for the 4th time in a row. I fail to see exactly what he's doing better than Cotto is. How can you even **** on Cotto while using Canelo as the one doing better things against better competition? Objective, do you even know what that word means lol?

Geale went life and death with Barker, who then got KO'd in 2 rounds by Sturm. All he possess is work rate, low quality at that. I don't believe the GGG fight needs mentioning.

I wouldn't be surprised if Kirkland put Geale in a bodybag at 160.

As for everything else, I read a whole bunch of nothing but ducking the fact that Canelo has had 4 CW's in a row. He just said he'll fight GGG... In the future because they're in different divisions yet... 155 IS MW. I can embarrass you all day, Cotto is much more of a man and champion than Canelol. Who is only champion of 155 which apparently is it's own division now.
