ggg brings big numbers. you're an idiot if you think ggg - cotto wouldn't sell.

what's my issue? my issue is, instead of fighting golovkin in a big unification fight, cotto is fighting his leftovers at a catchweight.

but i see your point, geale brings money. unlike hbo's new star gennady golovkin.

Cotto gets a voluntary, he's taking it. Why does GGG to need to fight Cotto? We all know the outcome anyway, do you think I'm taking him to win or that hurts my feelings? If Cotto vacates and GGG wins it, it's unified. He doesn't want that, he wants the paycheck and star power, for that, he'll have to get in line.

As for Cotto fighting Geale, so? He hasn't fought in a year and it's a voluntary, GGG is fighting beating Willie Bumroe Jr, call it even. GGG brings big numbers? He put 7k at MSG Cotto's puts in 22k, he is a third of the draw Cotto is, which is a third of the draw Canelo is. That's **** right now, sorry. And I like GGG bro, he just needs to get in line and wait his turn.

I can't say Cotto KO's Canelo because the kid is young and strong plus he's never been knockout yet. But last night I saw a very entertaining fight in which both guys had their moments with Canelo showing more power and skills. That being said by his own admission during the post fight interview Canelo gassed out in the 2nd round. That is something that he can't do against Cotto, because if he does he will be in a world of trouble. I will as a Cotto fanboy say that I strongly believe that both GGG and Canelo are the real deal but I think Canelo will be the bigger star. He has more fans and a better team behind him.

As for everything else, I read a whole bunch of nothing but ducking the fact that Canelo has had 4 CW's in a row. He just said he'll fight GGG... In the future because they're in different divisions yet... 155 IS MW. I can embarrass you all day, Cotto is much more of a man and champion than Canelol. Who is only champion of 155 which apparently is it's own division now.
Geale has lost 2 out of your last 4 and with wins coming against Jarrod Fletcher and Garth Wood.

If Geale is ranked No. 4 at Middelweight, we have a serious problem.

Yes, Canelo likes a fight at catchweight, but name me an A side fighter that doesn't? You certainly can't say Cotto sticks to the legit weight limits.

              Cotto was a beast at 140-147. He's a kitten at 154-160.

                At all.

If Cotto gets the same conditioning guy he had in his last fight, he has a high chance of winning. Canelo could tire first if it's a war. He just doesn't have Margarito type stamina.

Who ever is reading this, I'm putting whatever bet you want on the line: Cotto beats Canelo if the fight happens this year, at any weight 154-160.

Me thinks this fight will look like De La Hoya-Vargas.
