He did what he does every fight, just more because the opponent came to fight. Finally people getting on his back for him getting on his opponents.
The Wlad hate in here is out of control.

but the haters have every right to voice there displeasure in this fight. wlad was just awful. he looked so mechanical and stiff in there. why he needed to clinch so much against a guy he had every physical advantage over is beyond me. Im very disappointed in wlad. just when it looked like he was turning the corner In his last few fights he goes back to the ruiz grappling style even moreso than everComment

Many of the posters on NSB claim they don't like Wladimir's style, yet still tune in to his fights.
It was horrible, i'll grant you that; but the hate is ridiculous. Wladimir was fighting away from home and was given the opportunity to tie Povetkin up. Also, Povetkin, for an 'inside' fighter, threw absolutely nothing with his FREE hand. Pabon was to blame. If he'd taken a point earlier, it would have changed the fight entirely.Comment

Pov should have been allowed to low blow and throw elbows and it still wudnt have evened up the dirty tactics wlad used
Wlad won, but he won with no class
he has no dignityComment

It was indeed an ugly fight. Was it Wlad's fault? NSB seems to think so. I suspect the anglon commentating was extremely negative. Whatever. Fightfans just know that styles make fights. This was always a messy fight. It was very ugly fight. Wlad didn't need to do all that, but judges did a poor job.
They should take a point from Wlad in first 3-4 rounds and let it there. I doubt that would affect the result but we would watch a better fight.
On Klitschko haters, well what else to expect. Frustration and desperation yet all of them watched those 12 rounds hoping for the miracle, lol.
Give Povetkin some credit instead. He showed more guts and heart than David Haye could ever do in 10 years.Comment
