ward and hopkins clinch alot but floyd doesnt do it to that level sometimes the other fighter causes the tie up as well, wlad made sure every clinch happend pretty much and i never seen anyone push there opponents down, throw them down then hit while holding his head!! all this happend ive watched the fight twice now, and i will be watching again to count the clinches and pushes

fLOYD IS THE KING OF CLINCHING !!! What´s worse, he hugs even after throwing a punch ! Maybe he hugs a bit less than Hopkins but he runs alot more so that evens it out.

Wlad clinches without throwing a punch and rides his opponents during, he should be a rodeo.

Fight was boring... Wlad dropped him by wrestling wrestling reception than by boxing

I think it could be a late round stoppage for Chisora because he has much better stamina and workrate and would stop a tired Povetkin. But the first 4-6 rounds would be spectacular and i think Povetkin could hurt chisoar in these early rounds and maybe stop him as well. I think its a even fight, Povetkin early or Chisora late!

at the very least he should have been warned and had a point deducted EARLY and if he kept up that **** then yeah another point and then talk about DQ. My biggest issue with the fight was the ref tbh

Povetkin is too skilled and too fast for Chisora. He throws some beautiful hooks and a superb overhand right. Chisora's only chance would be Povetkin's stamina issues.

Fight wasn't that good but the three times Povetkin was dropped in the 7th round, he was holding for his life. He was rocked and grabbed Wlad to recover.

Did Wlad look average? Yes but he still won on all three cards and it was a dominating win. Yes it was ugly but he should not quit. Not even close. I want him to break Ali and Louis Career Title Fights and also the Career Title Defenses. In 2014 he will have gone a whole decade as champion without losing a fight. Enjoy this guys. Some fights are going to be ugly but I seriously doubt we will ever see as gifted of a heavyweight boxer in any of our life times. He is simply that good. Ugly fight but an easy win. With Povetkin always lunging in and coming in low, these things happen. I've seen many former champs have ugly fights to but a win is a win.

We need to support Wladimir. If we can't support him here, then why are we on this board? Gutsy perfomance by Pov though. I give him a lot of credit. He never gave up. The heart of a warrior as most russians are guys you don't want to mess with.

Povetkin is definitely a top 5 Heavyweight. He is extremely underrated.
