I'm not sure it's better than Wlad's, but Cotto's jab is definitely worth consideration.

In my opinion Wlad's jab is indeed the best jab in boxing today by a good margin. Cotto has a great left jab which is not surprising because he is left handed even though he fights from a right handed stance. That's is part of the reason his jab and left hook are so hard while his right has just average power. Cotto is the only guy to knock down the iron jawed Clottey and he did it with a single left jab.
