I'm not sure it's better than Wlad's, but Cotto's jab is definitely worth consideration.

Tough call he is certainly in the conversation and can't really argue with anyone saying that.

I would say the best argument for it is all those guys have great jabs, but Wlad it is really his bread and butter weapon so he probably deserve to be at the front of the pack because of quality and the amount he leans on it.

Cotto.

Wlad has a strong jab and it's long, Sturm's is also still good and powerful. However, Cotto's timing is perfection. He has a very strong jab in itself, but the timing is truly fantastic.
