He might be awesome, but there's just as much chance that he's gonna be crap.

His opponent has not fought anyone with a winning record. His last win came against a dude with 3 wins and 31 losses.

          Check out his wonderful record.

Joshua and his team know what they are doing. They won't put Joshua in the ring with someone that could test him in his debut fight.

Time will tell. I hope I get proven wrong. I always get behind British fighters and hope Joshua turns out well, but I've seen this all before so not getting giddy just yet....

This will most likely be an easy fight. A fight that wont go the distance....Joshua by KO in the first or second round.

I do hope Joshua plans to stay active and fight often. I will start paying attention once he gets into the ring with some solid boxers. That's when we can start to see what he is made of and if he has the potentional to reach the top.

10 years from now when Joshua is talked about along the lines of Lennox Lewis, when nobody cares anymore about boxing below 200 pounds.. and when the super fight between Joshua and Uysk is watched by 90% of Europe....I will bump this thread.

it'll be a waste of time just like every other pro debut of a highly touted amateur. joshua to win via tko in the 1st or 2nd round after throwing a flurry and the ref jumping in prematurely.

Joshua is actually the main event.

                    Last fight on.
