    Anthony Joshua Pro Debut discussion

Later tonight, Anthony Joshua makes his long awaited debut. He weighed in at a trim 230lb, and I feel they will need to figure out what his ideal weight is as i think he could stand to add 5-10lbs.

It'll be interesting to see how he goes, obviously a ko within 3 is to be expected but his opponent is 7-0, and should show up with a bit more ambition than the usual opponent in this sort of fight

Can see him losing on points. I'm not being negative for the sake of it, but having muscles and an Olympic medal doesn't guarantee success in the pro ranks.

He might be awesome, but there's just as much chance that he's gonna be crap.

He wins via KO, does so for the next several fights. Ends up in with a durable and experienced heavyweight, doesn't look good winning and everyone claims he's a hypejob.

True! but I can't see how he would lose on points in his debut fight. His early fights will not even be be against solid opponents.

                This opponent is 8-0, and it's a 6 rounder.

Either his management think he's very good, or it's too much too soon....
