Its simple. Arum is smart, and he's used this tactic before to hype one of his fighters. There was once this guy named Floyd Mayweather, who much like Broner, is despised by boxing fans. Bob had a good lil fighter named Emmanual Pacquiao that he was able to turn into a mega-star promoting his as the anti-Floyd, much like he's gonna wanna promote Crawford as the anti-Btoner. And if these two kids ever get big enough where there is a huge public demand for them to fight. I'm 100% sure Bob will manipulate the gullible public ino believing that AB is ducking his charge. I would agree with that!
Broner puts a lot of pressure on HIMSELF by acting the way he does so early in his career, also did not like how he went on Tour and just allowed himself to get a little flabby...if your want to be like "BIG BRO" then full his Blue Print entirely like his WORK ETHIC and also Mayweather did not turn into "MONEY" until the fight with Oscar so that was later in his career
