Why do "boxing" fans call that fight boring? I enjoyed it.

Agreed...Plus Canelo has 15-20lbs on Floyd and still was scared to push the action even against a guy 15lbs smaller than him.

Floyd was just fighting smart. It was Canelo who should have taken alot more risks.

I mean what was Alvarez's game plan??To outbox a master boxer??Alvarez was completely not ready, and Ortiz Hatton Hoya Cotto, hell even Mosley all put on more creditable performances then that display..

Alvarez had the wrong Game Plan, and was cool with just hearing the final bell..He took no risk, and tbh should take the full blame for the fight not leaving up to the billing..

          I thought it was a good fight,but not what was billed..Alvarez stone hands(lol),I mean he's a good puncher..I'm just saying,stone hands..

Alvarez did not dare to be great against Mayweather..He did not really push to win the fight imo..Which took a lil something away for me personally..

I thought it was boring but not as dreadful as Molina-Smith was.

I can understand that. I felt Canelo should've stopped trying to box Floyd after the 5th or 6th round. He didn't. That's when Floyd really pulled away and it was no longer competitive. Canelo should've tried something different in that second half of the fight.

Dominating fights do not always have to be entertaining. Every athlete's goal is to win the fight, that's what Floyd did.
