I don't understand 154 for Cotto. He is far better suited to 147. I know cutting weight sucks but he gives up so many advantages at the higher weight class.
It really sucks when you cant make it healthy , he has been above it too long and at his age he aint ever going back , it would drain him badly now . Look at the opponent his body looks like he hasnt even trained he has no muscle .

Totally agree. That is why the defensive gym **** last longer in this game. When you get older you just can't cut and recover as well.
