I've always knew pacquiao wasn't a puncher like that. He's a solid puncher. Nothing extraordinary. Time and time again his opponents say the same thing, "it wasn't the power, it was the speed." The only guy impressed with pacquiao's power is Floyd Snr and fl0mos from 2009. He's a solid puncher, i won't take that away from him, but he's not a power puncher.

Marquez has spent less time at welter and he has more pop on his sht than pac, something that will be proven once again versus Tim. Rios has never fought at welter and I KNOW he has more power than pac. Pac's power is probably just a little better than timmy's.

Yea pacs power was through volume punching and speed.
