Except he didn't knockout Cotto. I'm quite certain Miguel would have gone the distance had the ref been like Mercante jr and just allowed the fighters to leave it all in the ring. Hes a tough SOB, it was literally midway through the twelfth round. Because of this, now we have pac tards bringing up his only claim to fame @ ww.. a TITLE fight which couldve been entirely differenr bar the catchweight discrepancy mind you. The Cotto fight was a travesty every bit the same way fighting Tony for a vacant belt at 154 was. To hell with politicians who box. The sport is already corrupt enough.

cotto could've gone the distance, but c'mon those two pounds wouldn't have made any significant difference, pac was too good that night. just an unnecessary precaution executed by team pac, there was no need for it.

Something Cotto fans will never be able to comprehend.

Pac was better on that given night at the expense of Cotto not being 100 percent for a myriad of reasons. It doesn't take away from the fact that he's an opportunist.

Well how about you look at the opponents he faced? Now tell me who could have KO'ed those guys he fought at that time?

ask your av if two pounds doesnt make a difference. Rios would look like a skeleton coming into the weigh in some times

Hell yea. Rios looked emaciated against Murray. Good thing he was blessed with a chin and an iron will. Damn Mexicans are tough as nails.
