its 1 thing after another. enjoy the khan fight!
Definitely fishy when you proclaim that ya don't duck and dodge, then offer up a million reasons when it comes to a certain fighter

At this point there is really no need to play the blame game on this one. It should be obvious by now that neither side wanted the fight enough.

And back in 2009-2010 Floyd was more blamed than he is now. The public's views on the testing issue has changed somewhat since then, and Pac and Roach lost a lot of credibility by demanding OST for Marquez IV.

It is pointless to enter into an argument with OP. He doesn't even know what gravity is or does.

Exactly. Both want to dictate terms. Throw in rival promoters and you have a big steaming heap of 'he said, she said' bull****.

floyd said he would fight manny on a 14 days drug testing notice and 50-50

3 months later ish, manny said ok, floyd said that was 3 months ago and it was no longer on the table

see the hypocrisy of the man? if floyd wanted the manny fight, he would have done it when manny accepted him on his 14 day offer a few months later

floyd then demanded 0 days cut off, a few months later, manny accepted and AGAIN floyd changed the terms by saying it is off the table and pac must accept less than 50-50

now floyd has come out and said manny must leave top rank to fight him, he must also fight under his banner of mayweather promotions a few times

its clear when you use logic that floyd avoided manny like he did many other top guys

the above are all fact btw, I can easily bump threads which prove floyd saying and doing such a thing

floyd offered, manny accepted and floyd changed the terms, thats the story 3-4 times
Ts, why are you ducking this post? You're ducking this post like FLOYD ducked manny.

Floyd say he wants to kick mannys ass and not the 14 day offer was off of the table

Manny comes back months later and says i agree to 14 days even after the offer was no longer availble

Manny says he will take less to make the fight happen for the fans,
Then Arum wants the May date for Manny-Jmm4 when he thinks Floyd is going to jail

FLOYD PERSONALLY CALLS MANNY,WHO THEN DEMANDS 50/50 OR NO FIGHT!!!
and Arum all the sudden says May is to soon for Manny to fight because his cut has to heal and he needs to build a stadium.

LETS NOT FORGET INSTEAD OF FIGHTING FLOYD HE SUED!!!
SO HOW DID FLOYD AVOID MANNY?
                Give it a rest bro.

If someone yells at you and accuses you of being cheap and demands you give them a dollar, you are not inclined to do so. If someone approaches you not accusing you of anything, and asks you for a dollar, you would be more inclined to give a dollar. Floyd took the wrong approach with demands and accusations and Pac handled the situation wrong by claiming drawing blood made him weak. And other things along the way make both guys responsible. Both are to blame. It takes someone with a serious ***ed up bias to blame only one guy. Both guys and their teams cumulatively have such huge egos, if they equated to dynamite, you could blow up New York and LA 50 times with the blast from all those egos. Arum is the biggest block in my opinion. Pac would have most likely accepted along the way but that old bastard Arum is the biggest to blame. Pac should have left him long ago.

Its funny how some ppl are mixing in matching all the failed negotiations.

The first time around is the only time that counts. Everything was set, 50-50, gloves, ring size, even a stipulation that if Floyd came over 147 they would be a million per pound penalty.

Floyd asked for a drug test and the amount of excuses that Manny and his camp came up with was just comical.

Soon after the Clottey fight was signed.

The last negotiations Floyd was going to jail and Manny had a cut that was going to take more than 100 days to heal so there was no way that the fight could had gotten made as per Arum, and yes lets not forget the stadium that is getting built in Vegas to host such a huge event.

Manny is to blame for the first negotiation falling apart...
Floyd was at 14 days and Manny was at 21 days cutoff, and Manny walked.

But Floyd is to blame for everything after that first negotiation.
From 14 days cutoff no longer applicable, on vacation/non-negotiation, $40mm flat fee to Manny, leave TR and fight under TMT, to he no longer wants to fight Manny at all.

The fight fell apart over 7 days during the first negotiation, that was really close and it was such a disappointment.
